"I had a past due amount and the money owned didn't make sense. I called 6/4.i called to get my past due resolved and recommended to talk to renee.Side note I paid on 4/23/25 to take care of any overdue amount cause my autopay didn't go through and at point I thought It resolved but clearly not properly I called on 6/4 and told me i am like 3.months behind Overdue.i spoke to.renee and she was completely rude.i just need to understand mlwhy i am 3 months overdue when i called on 4/23.She won't let me talk and keep talking over me She said if I am.not happy I can go else where.i can't understand why someone can't have a adult conversation and give customers sevlrvice properly. I can pay.my bill.sorry you had a bad day Renee but you should take it out on your customers.i all about get my bills paid but if the numbers don't add up I need a through understanding before I give money out"
